Massimiliano is the Founder of the firm and since 1999 has provided an Italian and international client base with a full range of legal services spanning regulatory, corporate, private equity, real estate, dispute resolution, and intellectual property, in his core sectors.
Massimiliano has a deep legal and commercial intelligence for business and industry in their cross-borders transactions and day-to-day operations. His main expertise relates to structuring and completing domestic and cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures and equity investments. He also advice in all areas of law arising in such matters, including International Law, Corporate, Intellectual Property, Competition, and potential Dispute Resolution.
Since 2003, Massimiliano has represented insurance and reinsurance companies and their Underwriters from the London and international insurance market in a wide variety of insurance coverage and is specialised on insurance’s regulatory matters, policy wording and on the resolution of large and difficult claims.

Massimiliano worked for Prof. Avv. Alberto Santa Maria (*), at Studio Santa Maria, from 1998 to 2006. During the practice at Studio Santa Maria, Massimiliano assisted several Italian and foreign clients (including multinational business and industries in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals, banking and financial institutions, sportswear, and luxury sectors among others), in connection with their domestic and international expansion, including corporate transactions, acquisitions, joint ventures, distribution and licensing arrangements.
