– advising Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s against the insurance fraud perpetrated by the insured in connection with a 2,8M alleged loss, including litigation within a summary proceedings and advice on the criminal actions thereof leading to the indictment of the same insured for simulation of crime and insurance fraud;
